CO-FOUNDER

Salim Shaikh

Salim boasts 23 years of extensive experience within the pharmaceutical ecosystem and is recognized as a serial entrepreneur. He honed his skills during his early career at Biocon before establishing three thriving ventures: one in API, another in nutraceuticals, and a third in global distribution focusing on RLD sourcing. Leveraging his profound comprehension of the industry and adept marketing prowess, Salim maintains a distinct advantage in his field.

Vijay Rajan

Vijay is is an accomplished management executive with more than 20 years of experience in the Pharma and Life Sciences Industry. He brings a dynamic blend of expertise in strategy and business development to the clinical research field. Prior to co-founding StriderDCT, he held leadership roles in Global CROs and large Pharma companies, where he demonstrated proficiency in driving revenue growth and expanding organizational reach. Being passionate about Clinical Research, he is keen to embrace innovation to incorporate creative solutions into StriderDCT’s clinical approach.

CHAIRMAN

Coumara Radja

With over three decades of global expertise in corporate strategy, communication, sales, and marketing, Coumara brings a wealth of experience to the table. He founded a wholly-owned subsidiary of an Indian firm in the United States, residing in Chicago for over five years. Throughout his career, he has traveled extensively to over 65 countries to drive business development initiatives. Academically, he holds Master's degrees in both Science and International Management. His passion lies in fostering enterprise value creation, and he actively collaborates with startups, providing guidance to propel them along their growth trajectory.

DIRECTOR

Avik Pal

Avik has extensive experience in enterprise applications, managing global delivery at various fortune 500 clients across North America, Europe, Latin America & Asia. Before starting CliniOps, he worked with NTT DATA. Prior to that, he worked with two successful start-ups, managing global delivery at FocusFrame (acquired by Hexaware Technologies) and Euclid (acquired by Persistent Systems).

CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER

Shoibal Mukherjee

Dr Shoibal Mukherjee has postgraduate qualifications in Medicine and Pharmacology, with over 30 years of experience in drug development and pharmaceutical medicine. He has headed medical and research departments in Pfizer India, Ranbaxy Laboratories, GVK Biosciences and Quintiles Asia. He is a founder and was first President of Indian Society for Clinical Research. He has been guest faculty for training and doctoral programs at leading medical institutions in India and is a member of research advisory boards and technical committees of various private and public sector organizations and institutions. He is a recipient of the ISCR Lifetime Achievement Award and the Global Fellow in Medicines Development Award by the GMDP Academy, New York.
